Emily is back, with long-awaited news! Join Patrick, Emily and Paige as they experience the Miracle of Life…
After being told that they could not have more children, Patrick and Emily are surprised and thrilled to find out that they are pregnant!
After several ups and downs, and working at The Happy Stork (baby store), preschool, spa, and hospital, Emily gives birth... to twins! Vito Junior and Emilia (Emmy for short).
Concluding with Emily's beloved grandfather, Vito, passing away, and the birth of Paige's bird, the game truly shows the miracle of life.
